The Social Economy Growth Programme is a peer‑learning initiative designed to strengthen early‑stage organisations across the social impact economy.
It supports not‑for‑profit trading organisations including social enterprises, community businesses, cooperatives, and charities — that are working to grow their trading activity and deepen their impact in the West Midlands.
Delivered through expert‑led workshops, dedicated mentoring and structured peer group sessions, the programme helps participants build confidence, strengthen business skills and develop practical strategies to increase trading income, reduce reliance on grants and enhance financial resilience.
